Just another story's lust,
Laden bare behind,
Just another story crushed,
Between our broken minds,
Simple, torn, words crushed flat,
Blazing, while denied their time,
Simple, burnt, sparks doused out,
Skipped by ignoring eyes,
What did the verbs ever do?
Left as dirty orphans.
What couldn't the nouns have proved?
Now enclosed in coffins.
Rhetoric lies lifeless, murdered,
A blunt object fallen,
Dropped by politicians and surgeons,
A porcelain now calling,
The sentences' sentence, forgotten,
Bold points now rounded out,
Crimes of language mistaken,
Hold the bodies close with doubt,
Structure scattered, blown like dust,
Storms of cages sink,
Amassed in piles, they lie to rust,
Long before we think.

Funny you say the 2nd stanza. The 2nd line in it was a bit different and I really wasn’t happy with it, I had to mad think to get it smoother. But from your words, I’m really happy with the result now.
LOL yeah I guess it’s a bit sad. The concept isn’t a happy one. Yeah dude I have tons of them LOL, it’s also about how we’re forgetting that words can be beautiful and that HOW we say things is becoming a lost practice. We don’t think anymore about how we say things, we just want to get them out regardless of whether there’s any beauty in the words.
